                                Tim Gracsy, CPA

                                In House CPA

Tim brings over 25 years of experience in finance, tax strategy, and advisory leadership to his role as In-House CPA at Elite Resource Team. He plays a dual role—leading the firm’s internal financial operations and supporting a national network of advisors and accountants through strategic tax planning and proactive financial guidance.

At Elite RT, Tim oversees all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, tax compliance, and internal controls. He also serves as a key contributor within the firm’s Virtual Family Office, helping advisors implement customized tax strategies for business owners and high-net-worth clients across the country.

Tim’s career includes senior leadership roles at Private Client Services, LPL Financial, and Enterprise Community Investment, where he not only managed financial and regulatory operations but also worked closely with advisors to improve their tax planning strategies, streamline back-office functions, and deliver greater value to their clients. His experience spans cost basis reporting, LIHTC fund management, renewable energy finance, and advisor enablement within broker-dealer and RIA platforms.

He also served as a strategic tax advisor at McGill & Hill Group, consulting directly with high-net-worth business owners—particularly in the dental and medical sectors—to optimize financial performance and reduce tax liabilities.

Earlier in his career, Tim worked at Ernst & Young and CohnReznick, advising Fortune 500 companies on R&D and historic tax credits, real estate finance, and complex tax structures. He also served as an adjunct professor at Winthrop University, teaching courses in finance and accounting within the Department of Accounting, Finance & Economics.

Tim holds CPA licenses in North and South Carolina and maintains FINRA Series 27 and 99 credentials. He earned his MBA in Finance and Decision Modeling from Indiana University, a Master of Business Taxation and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is also credentialed as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) through the AICPA.

                                Tracy Miller

                                VFO Liaison

Tracy Miller began her career after attending San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She later received her Masters in Health and Wellness Psychology from the University of the Rockies.

She has worked within several settings in the health and wellness space, notably an Integrated Physical Medicine office, where she managed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the office and helped to open a second office from the ground up. This integrated approach (Medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, exercise specialists, and massage therapists) compliments what Elite Resource Team has built: a collaborative one-stop shop. In this industry, financial advisors, accountants, and the Virtual Family Office work together to investigate personal needs/problems and to provide a solution full of value to the client.

Tracy has taken her past experiences and evolved into her position as the VFO Liaison. All the roles she has held have been client/people-forward, and she has helped to guide, diffuse situations, and investigate to problem-solve, which she continues to excel in at Elite.

She currently lives in Pasadena, CA. Outside of work, Tracy is a Yoga teacher (loves to teach and take classes), avid baker and cook, and enjoys a good book.

Tracy’s focus within the Elite Member Support Team is facilitating the collaborative relationships between the members and the VFO Specialists and overseeing the Elite VFO Specialist Community.

                                Jeffery Hill, MBA, RICP

                                Advanced Planning Lead

Jeffery Hill is the CEO and founder of Hill Financial Group Inc., a Virtual Family Office dedicated to helping business owners, CPAs, and families create true financial security and peace of mind. Since launching the firm in 2009, he’s been driven by a simple belief: most people are losing money unknowingly and unnecessarily—and with the right team and strategy, they don’t have to.

With an MBA, advanced planning expertise, and Fortune 100 training, Jeffery leads as both strategist and guide. As Advanced Planning Lead, he coordinates a network of more than 75 specialists—including CPAs, EAs, attorneys, and credentialed financial professionals—to design integrated strategies that protect, grow, and transfer wealth across generations.

His work spans risk mitigation, tax reduction, wealth management, business succession, and estate planning. Clients appreciate his ability to turn complex financial concepts into clear, actionable steps, using tools like Circle of Wealth, Financial GPS, and the Virtual Family Office model to bring their entire financial picture into focus.

Under Jeffery’s leadership, Hill Financial Group Inc. has been recognized as a Top 100 firm in finance and named one of the Most Innovative Trailblazers to Watch in 2024. As a licensed insurance agent and certified life coach, he combines technical expertise with a coaching mindset—helping clients align their money with their values, protect what matters most, and move confidently toward the future they want.

But for Jeffery, this work is deeply personal.
He’s a husband and proud father of two daughters, which gives him a front-row seat to the real-life questions families face about college, retirement, legacy, and security. The same principles he uses with clients are the ones he uses at home—designing plans that put family first, reduce unnecessary risk, and create options for the next generation.

Outside of work, Jeffery loves traveling, learning, cooking, and playing sports—especially golf—and you’ll often find him spending quality time with his family. Those interests keep him grounded and remind him why the work of planning, protecting, and building a legacy truly matters.

At the heart of it all, Jeffery’s goal is simple: to help you feel confident, supported, and understood—so your finances become a tool for living the life you want, not a source of constant stress.
